- I loved a bag I saw on your website, but it's sold out. Will you make any more with that design?

All my fabrics are purchased in small quantities and I make the most I can with each fabric. In some cases I am able to purchase more from my suppliers. Please get in touch and I see if the fabric is still available.
- Can you make a bag with a sport teams/Disney/Harry Potter... etc?

Although it is possible to find fabrics that feature copyrighted characters (e.g., Harry Potter) and trademarked logos (e.g., sports team logos), these fabrics are licensed for personal use only and are not for commercial use.
I am unable to make any products from these fabrics as it infringes the copyright.
- I want to order a Moonwake Handbag, but it only gives an option for the waitlist. How do I order?

The Moonwake Handbag is currently only available through a waitlist, since each one is made-to-order.

- Do you take custom orders?

- Where do you ship?

Currently we are only shipping to Canada and the United States.
- What shipping carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. For orders going to the USA, Canada Post shipments are passed on to the USPS.
- Are packages tracked?

Packages shipping within Canada: Tracking is available on the following shipping options: Expedited Parcel, Priority, and Xpresspost. Small items with free shipping will be sent via Oversize Letter and are not tracked. Items that quality for free shipping will be sent via Expedited Parcel and are tracked.
Packages shipping to the USA: Tracking is available on the following shipping options: Expedited Parcel USA, Tracked Packet USA, and Xpresspost USA. Tracking is not available on Small Packet USA Air. Items that quality for free shipping will be sent via Small Packet USA Air, unless you pay to upgrade your shipping service.
- How soon will my order be shipped?

Typically your order will be shipped 2-3 business days after your order is created. There is no shipping on weekends or statutory holidays.
Made to order items will only be shipped once production time is completed. Production time for these items is estimated at 3-6 weeks. Once completed, it will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
- What if my package doesn't arrive?

- I selected "Local Pick Up" for my order. How do I know when my order is ready?

We need 1-2 business days to process your order, and will email you when your order is ready!
- I would like to pick up my order at Vanier College (Montreal). Why is it not available during the Summer?

I work at Vanier College during the academic year, from mid-August to mid-May, and offer free order pick up from the college during that time. As I am not on campus during the Summer months, pick up from the College is not available.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, and we will email you when it is ready!
- Can I wash my bag?

It depends. Bags that are made with 100% cotton fabrics, such as our beach totes and Sandhill slings and can be washed by hand or by machine on the gentle cycle and hung to dry. You may also use an iron on the cotton setting to remove any wrinkles.
Bags that are made with a fleece interlining may lose their structured shape if machine washed. Spot wash with cool to lukewarm water and let air dry.
- How do I clean cork leather?

Cork can be cleaned using warm water, a little bit of mild dishwashing detergent, and a soft, clean cloth. Once clean, rinse the soap off with plenty of clean water and let air dry. It is not recommended to wash in the washing machine.
- How do I care for waxed canvas?

Waxed canvas is a densely woven cotton fabric that has been treated with TexWax, making the fabric water resistant, stain resistant, and durable. The fabric naturally records fold marks and creases (called craze marks) and will develop a weathered patina over time.
To clean waxed canvas, use a soft damp cloth or brush to spot clean only. Do not wash, dry clean, or use any detergent. You may use saddle soap and a damp cloth for stains.
Craze marks can be removed using a hairdryer on high heat, a few inches above the fabric and moving continuously.
- How do I care for faux leather?

Faux leather can be cleaned using warm water, a little bit of mild dishwashing detergent, and a soft, clean cloth.
